Will made 22 May 1908 with her son John Donald McKay Gardner the sole beneficiary and executor and if he should die without children the residue to go to her granddaughter Agnes Gardner
The estate consisted of land and buildings valued at £1285/10/0 with debts of £500/3/0 so the value of the estate was £785/7/0.
