22 September 1869. GEORGE CORNICK, charged with having in his possession a quantity of blasting powder reasonably suspected of being stolen or unlawfully obtained. Remanded to the 24th inst.
25 September 1869. GEORGE CORNICK, pensioner of the force charged with having in his possession on the 21st inst 50 lbs of blasting powder suspected of being stolen or unlawfully obtained also one govt. kit bag unlawfully, has been on remand since the 22nd. Fined £5 or 3 months imprisonment. Fine paid.
