Will dated 18 November 1875 whereby Martin Joyce left all his estate and effects both real and personal to his wife Catherine Joyce.

acreage unknown. 4 November 1874 Martin Joyce of the Duty Force applied for a grant as he had erected a substantial cottage on the land he had purchased. Colonel Harvest gave a testament to Martin Joyce’s character.

In 1866 Martin Joyce nominated his nephew Thomas Concannon, age 22, a constable at Castle Baldwin, Boyle, Sligo as an immigrant.
Mrs Cormick (sic) of Fremantle was admitted to the Women’s Home in January 1892 suffering from debility and died ten days later.
