Further Information | Discharge due to broken constitution- disease of the liver The Police records show that life was far from well in the Redmond household when on 20 November 1869 SUSANAH REDMOND, pensioner’s wife charged PATRICK REDMOND, her husband a pensioner on the enrolled force with violently assaulting her on the 17th inst,. Bound over to keep the peace for 6 months himself the sum of £10 and 2 sureties in the sum of £5 each or in default 6 months imprisonment. And again on 29 April 1870. PATRICK REDMOND, pensioner, was summonsed by his wife for neglecting to support her, ordered to pay 5 pence per day. Patrick Redmond was forwarded to Mt Eliza Depot 20th October 1885 |
