Further InformationPeter Moore was in the Enrolled Force for the required 7 years and except for working as a labourer on the Canning road in 1882 there is no further mention of him, nor is his death reported in the newspapers.

It is not known whether Peter Moore’s wife and child accompanied him to Australia: there is no record of any further children’s’ births and no marriage for Elizabeth (the daughter)
