Note on WO97: He received an unspecified increase on 28th May 1888 Correspondence to SO Stirling appears he was not eligible for an Inpension 11th November 1886
Both parents deceased by 1868. Although name written in pension payment document WO22/275 for period 1876-1880 for Melbourne Victoria record doesn’t show any payments being made.
