Will or Probate | SROWA Cons 3403 1882/632 John bequeathed the whole of his real and personal estate to his wife Jane Lavery for the term of her natural life to maintain and provide for their three children until they attain the age of 18 years. He directed that after the decease of his wife the estate should go to his son William and in the event of his death unmarried it should go to his daughters Jane and Mary Ann Lavery. When Jane and Mary Ann turned 18 they were to receive 10 pounds. |
