SROWA AN5 Cons 419 Fremantle Police Occurrence Books item 2 14 September 1867. Dead body reported on beach at 3 ½ pm by a pensioner named ‘ MEACHALL’(?) that he had found, JAMES KENNEDY a pensioner of the force on the beach in the rear of the Rev. W. Bostock’s residence. The body brought to police Station awaiting coroner’s inquest. Inquest held on the 15th on the body of JAMES KENNEDY, pensioner, Verdict died from natural causes. |
