Further Information | 1851 Martin Hopper 2675 Private 86th Foot location Poona Imdia 1861 Martin Hopper 2675 Private 86th Foot location Newry and Curragh Discharge due to chronic hepatitis – worn out November 16 1865 Martin Hopper and his wife reported for making use of violent and threatening language to Corporal Quin during the voyage of the Vimeira. Martin said he would “put out his fire” and the wife threatened to run him through with a bayonet – Sergeant major reported them to the Commandant on arriving at Fremantle. 2 July and 28th July 1880 Mary Dutton Widow of Pensioner Hopper applied for relief Margaret had a third marriage to John HEAP 2nd October 1881 |
