Discharge: Reduction in Army, totally unfit for the service. Patrick Farrell suffers from the effects of gunshot wound beneath right pectoral major muscle with severe injury to the chest received at Alma also shell wound right outer ankle received September 8 1855 which has resulted in impaired action of that joint. The injuries I conceive likely to interfere in a medium manner with the man earning his livelihood.
