| Further Information | Some confusion as to which actual clasps were issued for Crimean War Medal. Some quote as above others state Inkerman instead of Balaklava. Further research required. This is unnecessary as the WO 97 clearly states he had clasps for all 3 fields of action Discharge due to Chronic Rheumatism. Awarded silver medal for good conduct and long service. |
