Michael applied for V 136 Dephi Square but as it had already been sold he was granted V 112. On 6th October 1881 Michael had built the four walls of his cottage on V 112 (railway block) and requested £15 for the roof, he was advised no money was available until next year.

Michael Daley died without making a will and in 1906 his widow applied for Letters of Administration as she had not previously known there was any property to administer. His assets were ‘Two rights of carriage way over all that piece of land Lot 1 of part of Perth Town lot V112 which land is subject of Certificate of Titles registered in Volume XC1 Folio 32 (22?). The said rights of way are delineated on deposited plan No 1439. The Value of the said Rights of Way was £5.

The eldest son Raphael Joseph Daley applied for Letters of Administration for the estate of his mother Anne Daley on behalf of his siblings.
The assets consisted of Lot 1 of Perth Town lot V112 having a frontage to Parkes street of 50 links upon which is erected a 4 roomed cottage valued at £300, the estate being worth £305 with liabilities of £180/8/-. [ No mention of Rights of Way.]
