In the 1851 Census Frederick church is living at 16 Francis Street Greenwich with his wife Mary. Frederick is aged 33, a gunner with the Royal Artillery and was born at Croyden Kent while his wife Mary is age 33 and appears to have been born at Turnham Green Middlesex.
In the 1861 census they are living at 11 Manner Street, Lambeth. No longer with the Army Frederick is working as a labourer. He is age 43 and once again gave his place of birth as Croyden Kent. Mary is aged 43 and her place of birth appears to be Fulham Green.
Increase in pension to 1/3d per diem was rescinded after first increase in 1878 due to man re-entering Enrolled Force.
SROWA Cons 144 21 August 1880 Colonel Harvest considered Frederick Church unfit for employment in the Enrolled Guard
