William Bewsher left his estate consisting of a block of land on the Picton road at Bunbury with a 6 roomed brick and weather board house to his three sons Frederick, William and Edward to be divided equally amongst them, Frederick being named the executor. His wife (Ellen) Bewster and daughter Elizabeth Griffin lodged a caveat against the will. The value of the estate was £121/14/6.
