Awarded medal with Gratuity of £5 for long service and good conduct 1861 Census Francis Woods was a soldier of the 1st battalion 16th regiment stationed at Camp Shorncliffe Kent. He was a single man age 33 born Ireland. Francis Woods’s pension was paid in Victoria from April 1874 until his death in March 1893. His death is noted on the payment form. The transfer certificate is no 4082 which is not available. |
