John Kehoe joined the Convict guard at Tilbury on 13th February 1863 probably as a substitute for James Thompson who was sent to Military hospital, Gravesend, on 14th February, died 15th February 1863.
John Kehoe spent little time in Western Australia returning to Kilkenny about 1865.
