Further InformationDischarge due to the loss by amputation of the 2 last phalanges of the fourth and middle fingers of the left hand after a wound by a fragment of shell on 28th August at the quarries.
17th November 1902 Michael was medically examined in Sydney NSW after which his pension was increased to 18d
In the obituaries for both Catherine and Ellen a Mrs Honeybone from Victoria is mentioned but which daughter it is has not been found but it could be Catherine
