Discharge due to tumour on upper jaw causing great enlargement of the bones of the face
Although Timothy was refused an increase in his pension in 1857 his name remained on the WO23s up to 1875. He was told he had no claim to a deferred pension 4 February 1875
12TH December 1885 the Resident Magistrate Geraldton requested assistance for the support of widow Mary Shea however one of her sons was willing to support her. SROWA Cons 527 1885/5061
