In the 1841 Census Thomas is living at 8 Symons Street Chelsea with his parents Charles and Mary Randall and siblings George, Charles and Elizabeth. His mother and brother Charles and sister Elizabeth are still living there in the 1851 census.
Thomas Randell was present at the banquet in 1897 celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee at Adelaide SA
In 1869 after the death of Robert Holgate his widow Mary was living with her daughter Mary Randall aka Weston in Bunbury when they gave evidence at a murder trial.

In all Mary Holgate was the mother of 7 children registered under the names Randal, Weston and Beard although she only appears to have married once to Thomas Randal as he was living in South Australia until he died in 1898.
