Discharge due to chronic affection of the chest and rheumatism, worn out.
24th July 1856 appeared as witness at the Captain Foss Court Martial in Western Australia: £15/16/5 balance due to Michael O’BRIEN on landing misappropriated by Foss.
The inscription of the headstone at the Boorrowa (sic) Cemetery said Michael was the son of Michael and Amy, husband of Mary Ann.
