Further Information | Discharge on account of injuries received from the mutineers James died without making a will and at the time he had only household furniture to the value of 60 pounds. His wife Eliza applied for Letters of Administration. (no further information) Possible marriage: James McElroy married Eliza Watt (age 26) 12th November 1859 Banbridge, Down. James’ father was Robert McElroy and Eliza’s father was Robert Watt. An Eliza McElroy died 24th March 1920 aged 86 making her date of birth 1834. |
