Further InformationResident Magistrate Fremantle  requests relief for Michael Kenny. “Michael Kenny is suffering from bronchitis. He appears to be in a destitute condition without necessary nourishment. Recommends he have a money allowance of 3/6 per week for a time. Mrs Kenny informs me that she supports herself and her husband by washing”.
