John Hullahan (sic) made his will on 20th August 1890 whereby after the payment of all his debts and testamentary debts he left the whole of his real and personal estate to his wife Julia during her lifetime and after her decease to be equally divided between his son Thomas Hullahan and daughter Eliza Louisa Blythe. He added a codicil on the same day detailing the division of the property as thus: the southern half with cottages thereon to belong to his son Thomas absolutely and the northern half to the said daughter with the provisos specified in his will. His personal property to belong to his said son Thomas. The value of the property was one thousand and six pounds. Thomas Houlahan noted the correct spelling of the name.
