Discharge: Due to a rupture on his left side first occurred 1848 Halifax (Canada)
William Holman Guard’s child aged 4 was treated for whooping cough on 15th May aboard the Phoebe Dunbar while his young sister Margaret aged 1 year and 6 months died August 9th from dysentery.
William age 33 was treated for phthisis August 16th and had not recovered at the time of arriving at Fremantle.
The date and maiden name of William Henry Holman’s wife is on the burial site for the West Terrace Cemetery as it is not on BMDs
