After payment of all his just debts and general expenses he bequeathed all his real and personal property to his wife Bridget ie Avon locations nos 488 and 323. He directed her not to dispose of the aforesaid properties but to will it to one or others of their children to the best of her judgement and discretion. He appointed William George Leeder as the sole executor.
