Discharge at own request having served 21 years.
Samuel Greenhill was admitted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital five times between 1865 and his death in 1875.
The 1st time on 21st July 1865 he was aged 46, a single man religion Protestant and living at Adelaide, he was labourer born in Yorkshire and had arrived on the mail steamer. On the second occasion 27th December 1870 he varied his place of residence to Fowler’s Bay, born Sheffield and had arrived in the Colony on the Barracouta (sic) 14 years earlier. The 3rd occasion 8th July 1874 he said he was a Roman Catholic living at Wright Street born Yorkshire while on the 4th time 24th May 1875 he decided he was a Bible Christian, still living Wright Street and the ship of arrival the Barracouta. The fifth and final time was on 20th September 1875 where he died on 21st December 1875
