Further Information	1836 Discharge due to corps being disbanded 1842 Potential Business Address John Flynn, Tailor 17 Great Britain St, Cork County 1853 7th May daughter Ellen age 3 months was treated for marasmus (severe malnutrition) aboard the Robert Small. 1882 Ellen Flynn’s obituary said she was buried with her late husband and 1 son and 1 daughter. Family History: Mary Jane did not arrive on on the Robert Small based on its passenger list. There is a Mary Jane Flynn from Cork arriving in Victoria in January 1854 on the ‘Boomerang’. She married William Katt in June 1854. The WA Bicentennial Dictionary and Family History anecdotally support this. DNA matches between Catt and Flynn descendants also support this link.
