London South Africa Discharge: Palpitations of the heart. 1853 wife Ann Fay signed a letter of thanks to the Surgeon Superintendent of the Robert Small Ann Fay was Assistant Matron at the Lunatic Asylum Employed 1861-1863; 1873-1875; 1877-1894 In her employment she used the surname Fay. In November 1894 at the recommendation of Dr Barnett Nurse Annie Fay was awarded a pension of £29/4/- per annum, Unfortunately she did not live to enjoy it as she died 3 January 1895 of inflammation of the bowel |
