Peter Connor made his will on 26th November 1869 whereby he left all his real and personal property to his wife ‘Margaret for her lifetime or until she shall marry again after her death or marriage whichever shall first happen I give and devise and bequest the same to my daughter Mary the wife of Philip Mone (sic) of Kojonup’.
His wife was appointed Executrix and his said daughter after her death. The estate was valued at not exceeding £175

After the death of his wife in 1879 Peter Connor went to live with his only child, daughter Mary Jane and her husband Phillip MOAN, in Singapore.
Philip MOAN was a Police Inspector at Singapore at that time. Peter CONNOR died in Singapore.
In 1884 Mrs Moan advertised P 15 for sale along with all of her household goods.
