In the 1851 Census HO 107/2224/527 Thomas Clowes is living in Chapman Street Salford with his wife Mary age 29 and born in Ardwick Lancashire. Thomas’s age has been reversed as he was 42 years of age not 24. (Discrepancy between Mary’s age on Census and age at time of death)
