Will of John Brown, baker whereby he bequeathed all his real and personal estate unto George McIntosh of Fremantle upon trust for division of said estate in equal portions one half to his son John Brown and one half to his daughter Agnes Brown both born to his late wife Elizabeth McIntosh. He appointed George McIntosh as Executor of his will and Guardian of the aforesaid children until his son reached the age of 21 years. In the event of one of the children dying before the age of 21 years their potion to go to the survivor. In the event of both children dying before the age or 21years the estate was to be divided between his daughters Georgina Best and Mary Eaton.
A codicil was added to the will on 14th January 1875 Appointing Gordon Drummond Ralston was co-executor of the will and Co-Guardian to his children
