| Further Information | Discharge: Due to left leg being useless from wound received in action at Moolton On the 19th July 1871 PC Fee was sent to locate George Parker a pensioner and warder who was of unsound mine. He reported he had seen him at his place on North Lake Road.Extensive article in “Warders and Gaolers” page 166/7 regarding his employment in the Convict Establishment Widow applied for poor relief in 1880 Elizabeth Wood Parker married a William Kean/Keen in 1881 and died in 1887which may be the widow of George Parker |
