Further Information | Discharge: Unfit for further service die to chronic catarrh In the Royal Adelaide Hospital records it shows George Scannell age 35 was admitted to the hospital on 28th September 1887 he gives the ship he arrived in South Australia as the Champion in 1859. His father’s pension was paid until 31 December 1859 in Western Australia. It appears the record for the Scanlon family on the passenger list for the Champion is really that of the Scannell family, |
