By this arrangement do hearby distribute my worldly effects: The house and remainder of my grant Y107 in the Perth Survey I hearby bequeath to William Harry and George Armitage to be equally divided between them to be held in possession of my wife with all Housely goods and Chattels till my son Harry arrives at 21 years of age except if my wife Eliza Armitage gets married before that time arrives she will forfeit all right and title to the above names property”.
