Fremantle Cemetery – William and Joanna Nugent  and grandson. All 3 were originally buried at Skinner St, Cemetery, the headstone moved later. William Nugent’s son John and wife Ann were buried with them but the marker does not record them.

Sergeant William Nugent (EIC) was charged with insubordination since restored 1st July 1855 and he has worked industriously at his trade of blacksmithing and has not been brought to notice for any offense.
(There are sundry charges against him for drunkenness in the police Files)
