Folio 244. 3 October1873. Lt. Col Harvest noted that the payment of £1.10s. 0., the cost of his son’s funeral at York had been deducted from the pension of pensioner Patrick Neeson.
The Neeson family occupied Perth Town Lot 74 Mounts Bay Road as a Tenant-at-will from 1878 to his wife’s death in 1890 (Not a land grant). Mrs Neeson was a laundress and Patrick had a small market garden, the family continued as Tenants-at-will after Mrs Neeson’s death and at one time ran tea rooms.
