Further Information | The Death notice for Rachael Bellman 1910 said her sisters were; Mrs E. Watson (i.e, Elizabeth) Mrs P Bensberg (i.e. Mary Ann) Mrs J. King (i.e. Harriet) Mrs JL Moore (i.e. Emily/Emma) Mary Ann and Elizabeth Jennings were born in 1852 and 1853 before Daniel came to WA. It appears Daniel Jennings and Bridget Kelly were married twice firstly in Ireland and again in Perth in 1857 at the Catholic Church for an unknown reason although they may have been married in Ireland by the Church of Ireland. No marriage in Ireland has been found. Bridget Kelly was the mother of all the children. The Jennings family grave in the East Perth Cemetery contains Daniel, Bridget and their children Daniel age 7 days, no date, Rachel age 3, no date, and Daniel died 1897. The grave has an inscribed headstone. |
