The Superintendent of Police referred it to the Board who turned down the application .SROWA Cons 430/30/038 & 30/105 detailed report of his service. There is quite extensive coverage of his time in the police Force and why he resigned in 1865 and 1880 as well as the other disciplinary actions against him
1863 nominated wife’s mother DALTON Julie and brother DALTON Lawrence as assisted immigrants. Not sure if arrived.
